Every plan runs on your own model key, so what you pay the provider is between you and them and is shown per answer inside the app. The subscription pays for the platform, the hosting and the features.
Starter is $19 a month ($190 a year), Workspace is $49 a month ($490 a year) and Organisation is $149 a month ($1490 a year). All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax your country adds at checkout. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card; self-hosted installs are priced on request.

Every account is isolated. Nothing is shared unless you offer it and the other side accepts, and nothing trains a model.
Model calls run on your key at your provider's rates. We never resell inference capacity.
A first subscription payment is refunded in full within fourteen days. Cancel any time from your subscription page.

Questions
Your documents stay in your workspace and are never used to train models or shown to another account. To answer a question, excerpts go to the model provider you chose, under your own key.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. You supply the key; what the provider charges is between you and them and is shown per answer inside the app.
Buy AI credit: $25 covers about 500 questions on GPT-4.1 class models and rolls over for three months. Bringing your own key removes the need for it.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Extra sharing places can be added to any paid plan by the month.
Your account and documents stay. Features above the trial switch off until you choose a plan; nothing is deleted.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
